Hönsinge Hantwerksbryggeri
At the center of southern Sweden's tableland, not far from Edvard Perssons highway, you will find Hönsinge Hantwerksbryggeri. The people here brew the beer without additaments, only raw materials and the beer is said to give the same warm feeling as homemade bread. The electricity it takes to produce the beer comes from solar- and wind power and the slag products are used as biogas or biofertilizer. Something that distinguishes Hönsinge Hantwerksbryggeri from many other microbreweries is that in addition to offer a couple of different ales, they also have a wide variety of blonde beer, i.e. lager and pilsner. The brewery also offer beer tasting and tours of the brewery where there will be a lot of information about the beer and the brewing process in a educational way, the tour ends with a chance to taste the different beers. The beer is also available to buy at their store next to the brewery, and at systembolaget and a few restaurants in Skåne.
